Almost everyone has probably encountered the concept of 'energy' in a variety of contexts at least once. Physicists talk about thermal, mechanical, gravitational and electrical energy, among others. They also distinguish between solar, hydro and bioenergy. Energy can be measured and used for various purposes in each of these aspects. The development of sciences has made it possible to expand and experimentally study the energy properties and potential of living and non-living things, and ancient knowledge has also played a role in this. Ancient civilisations passed on knowledge about the subtle nature of things, unveiling the mysteries of the cosmos. Ancient sources describe knowledge about the energetic basis of creation, which can be summarised by the phrase ‘everything is energy’. Consciousness permeates everything, so the concept of inanimate matter simply does not exist. At a deep, invisible level, every object consists of elementary particles in constant motion. The modern understanding of subtle energies lies at the intersection of science and ancient knowledge. Rather than rejecting these approaches, the new direction unites them into a single system of worldview and world knowledge.

The energy of consciousness permeates and encompasses even inanimate objects, such as furniture, means of transport, household items and clothing — everything that humans have created. If objects are endowed with subtle and etheric fields, what can be said about the greatest creation on Earth — humans? Thus, even in ancient times, thousands of years ago, humanity was aware of the existence of subtle energies and used this knowledge to promote health and wellbeing. Modern understanding of subtle energies confirms this ancient knowledge, expanded by technological advances. People have learned to capture a person's aura, scan the internal organs of the human body and experimentally study the behaviour and interaction of subatomic particles. On the threshold of a new era, it is important not to separate science from alternative or mystical areas of knowledge in the realm of metaphysics. After all, each of these areas reveals the essence of a single process: life itself. Perhaps the time has come to recognise divine science, which encompasses esotericism, philosophy, mathematics, chemistry, alchemy, genetics and other sciences and interpretations.

Scientists who take a unified approach to studying and researching the subtle nature of the world — including humans as participants in this process — will not seek to refute the significance of the subtle, energetic foundation of existence. It is more efficient to consider existing interpretations from different fields of knowledge and to focus efforts on providing a scientific explanation and confirmation of statements that reveal truth to humanity. Naturally, this requires a willingness to cooperate rather than compete for leadership and self-praise. The modern understanding of subtle energies reflects a transformation in human consciousness that is ready to expand the boundaries of established worldview paradigms and transcend existing ideas. This new perspective on subtle energies describes the fundamental principles of subtle matter, revealing to humans the divine, higher mechanisms of creation and interaction with energy fields. It is a science that provides an understanding of the true nature of humans beyond their visible biological bodies. It deciphers complex scientific terms and discoveries, as well as ancient knowledge, in a way that enables everyone to grasp the cause-and-effect relationships between events in life and their origins.

The study of the structure of human energy bodies and how they are interconnected with thoughts and feelings is based on the principle that 'what is inside is also outside'. The inner world is reflected in the vibrational frequency of a person's thoughts and feelings. High-frequency thoughts oscillate rapidly, while low-frequency thoughts oscillate slowly (frequency is the number of repetitions per unit of time). As is well known, movement begins with a stimulus or impulse. The word 'energy' itself comes from the Ancient Greek for 'action' or 'activity— the realisation of potential in action'. Similarly, the movement of mental energy — quantum waves of consciousness — is also determined by impulse. This impulse is manifested as a negative or positive charge: '+' or '-'. The charge of thought forms with one value or another determines the quality and composition of mental energy, and therefore its energy potential: high (+) energy or low (-) energy. These charged waves of energy make up a person's energy fields — their biofield or aura. The six subtle bodies of a person are intertwined with each other, yet each has its own vibration frequency, corresponding to a particular body: the body of emotions and feelings (the etheric or astral body); the body of thoughts (the mental body); and the four spiritual bodies (the highest subtle plane of life). As in space, creations and people are interconnected, yet each creation is unique, fulfilling its own role and purpose.

This is what quantum entanglement refers to. Contrary to what the term might suggest, it does not mean 'confusion' or 'chaos'. Rather, it means that every sound creates an echo and that every thought creates ripples, like a pebble in water. Nothing disappears or appears suddenly and without reason; everything interacts with everything else. Therefore, physical matter, including the human body, is an integral part of subtle creation and the subtle plane of life. Quantum uncertainty reflects another fundamental concept: the existence of all possible creative manifestations. This points to the existence of the Primary Torsion Field — the quantum field level that contains both negatively and positively charged particles (waves). This can be expressed as the 'nothingness' from which everything consists and is born. Therefore, uncertainty arises at the quantum level because a particular state can manifest in multiple ways. For example, when a person wakes up in the morning, they can choose from a range of options, such as getting up and making themselves a cup of coffee. This coffee could be stronger or weaker, with or without milk or sugar, or they could go and buy coffee at a coffee shop. This illustrates the multitude of possibilities for fulfilling one person's desire to drink a cup of coffee in the morning. Therefore, it is impossible to determine with 100% certainty in advance what choice a person will make — this is where quantum uncertainty comes into play. Thus, a person determines which possibilities from torsion fields manifest in their life. The modern understanding of subtle energies emphasises the importance of understanding this interconnection and developing quantum interactions in line with the growing energy of the planet and the cosmos. This involves learning how to select from the torsion field that which will promote high-vibrational states of love, joy, well-being and awareness, leading to a harmonious life.

This means that subtle energies are primary and that the visible world arises as a result of them. The highest creation is achieved by energetically corresponding to this highest state, rather than merely knowing about it. This fundamental awareness and knowledge is key to learning how to manage invisible yet tangible energy fields. This work involves understanding the structure and function of the chakras, their connection with a person's subtle bodies, consciousness and soul, as well as with their densest body — the physical body. The modern understanding of subtle energies explains the energy levels in the structure of the Earth and cosmos, and how they are interconnected with human consciousness and subtle bodies during quantum transition — a planetary-scale transformation that also occurs within each individual. Sacred ancient knowledge about the interaction of sacred symbols with quantum wave flows enables a person to apply energy mechanisms to increase the vibrations of their subtle bodies, thus entering into resonance with cosmic energy which transforms life at all levels — atomic-molecular, subatomic, wave-information and sacred code (new codes of consciousness for forming new matter and life processes). In other words, knowledge of subtle energies alone is insufficient.

Although people can find a lot of information on the internet today about chakras and subtle energies, they often struggle to apply this knowledge to their everyday lives and professional and personal spheres. A person who performs energy practices acts as both a conduit and a distributor of energy. While every energy mechanism works, the extent to which a particular technique tunes and connects a person depends on a number of factors. It is important in this process to understand the source of the mechanism, who is sharing the technique with the person and whether the person corresponds to the level of the mechanism's potential. It is crucial to recognise that, due to the existence of multi-level planetary space and consciousness, techniques and mechanisms also correspond to specific levels. Some techniques are astral in nature, while others are higher divine mechanisms that reveal a person's higher divine nature and inherent potential. The modern perspective on subtle energies emphasises the importance of understanding this process, as the results of working with subtle energies can vary even when using the same technique.

A true spiritual master draws their knowledge and practices from a pure, divine source, attuning their students to this elevated, pure vibration. The student's resonance plays an important role in this process. Resonance means attuning to the same level of vibration as the master. Resonance occurs when a person is willing to work and change, able to accept everything and be aware of destructive states, trusts the teacher, is self-disciplined in their daily work and performance of energy practices, and is honest and integrous, developing resistance to temptations and illusory programmes of consciousness. It turns out that the modern understanding of subtle energies comprises profound knowledge about working with a person's and the world's subtle structures, based on wisdom, morality, devotion, self-discipline, resilience and awareness. Attending yoga classes or doing breathing exercises can also be beneficial, but as additional tools for personal development. A deep transformation of the subtle bodies – which consist of quantum particles of consciousness – is not possible without a transformation of consciousness. Therefore, the modern understanding of subtle energies also implies constant growth in line with the increase in cosmic energy reaching the planet, expanding consciousness through higher knowledge and sacred mechanisms for working with subtle energies. This growth process does not mean the 'growth' of the personal ego, but rather the ability to recognise and distinguish manifestations within oneself that originate from false programmes of ego identification and work with them correctly to transform them.

The present-day understanding of subtle energies involves complex, multi-level work with a person's inner world. While this work draws on ancient, profound knowledge, it does not involve techniques rooted in astral work, such as energy rituals, chants, astral flights or regressive hypnosis. Through this complex process of self-exploration, individuals gain knowledge about the true nature of humanity, including an understanding of the origins of the aforementioned approaches and methods for working with subtle energies. At a certain stage of human development, these methods played a significant role in opening a window into the subtle world beyond the limits of perception. However, as consciousness evolves, transformation is inevitable, implying the need to adapt even ancient knowledge to new life and world perceptions, including modern scientific discoveries and explanations. In other words, a kind of 'alchemy of knowledge' is necessary — a synthesis of ancient foundations, modern discoveries and new sacred mechanisms that are in harmony with the new era that has already begun. This process is undertaken exclusively in accordance with divine ethical and moral principles, since an absence of such principles does not facilitate growth and development; rather, it accelerates spiritual and moral decline.
